Welcome to Wroclaw Dwarf Hunt! By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
1. Using the App
Wroclaw Dwarf Hunt is a location-based exploration game. To play, you must physically navigate the city of Wroclaw.
- Safety First: You agree to remain aware of your surroundings and play safely. Do not trespass on private property, enter restricted areas, or violate any local laws while hunting dwarfs. We are not liable for any injuries, property damage, or legal consequences resulting from your use of the App.
- Fair Play: You agree not to use GPS spoofing, emulators, or any unauthorized third-party software to alter your location or unfairly gain points. We reserve the right to ban accounts found violating this rule.
2. User-Generated Content (Photos)
When you catch a dwarf, you use the App’s camera to take a photo.
- Appropriate Content: You agree to photograph only the dwarfs. You must not upload photos containing identifiable faces of bystanders, illegal content, or inappropriate material.
- License: By capturing a photo through the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to store, modify, and use these images. This includes using the anonymously submitted photos to train, test, and improve our image recognition algorithms and App services.
3. In-App Purchases and Plans
The App offers various plans (e.g., Starter, Explorer, Expert) that provide additional slots and hints.
- All transactions are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Pricing and availability of plans are subject to change.
- Because payments are handled by Apple and Google, any refund requests must be directed to their respective customer support services, subject to their refund policies.
4. Accounts and Leaderboard
You may sign in using Apple or Google to save your progress and compete on the Leaderboard.
- Your display name (which defaults to your first name) will be publicly visible to other players on the Leaderboard. You can change this name at any time.
- You must not use a display name that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise objectionable.
- We may reset an inappropriate display name or suspend an account that repeatedly violates these rules.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time from the App’s settings or by following our Account and Data Deletion instructions.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to provide accurate locations and seamless gameplay, we do not guarantee that the App will always be error-free, that the map routing will always be accurate, or that all physical dwarfs will be publicly accessible at all times.
