Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Wroclaw Dwarf Hunt account and associated data. We use a provider-specific Google or Apple identifier and an internal Support ID to identify accounts; we do not store your Google or Apple password.

Delete in the App

  1. Open Wroclaw Dwarf Hunt and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open Settings → Account → Advanced.
  3. Select Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

The deletion request is processed immediately. You will be signed out when it succeeds.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you saved your Support ID before uninstalling the App:

  1. Email dwarfshunt@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
  2. Include your exact Support ID and do not send your password or payment information.

We will verify and complete the request within 7 days. If you no longer have the Support ID, reinstall the App, sign in with the same Google or Apple account, and use the in-app deletion steps. This is necessary to prevent deletion of another person’s account.

Data That Is Deleted

Deletion removes your profile and display name, provider link, game progress, collected dwarfs, hints, leaderboard records, purchase ledger stored by us, RevenueCat customer record, and submitted dwarf photos from our active systems. The App also clears its Firebase Analytics user ID and resets locally stored Analytics identity data.

Limited transaction, security, or diagnostic records may be retained only where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance. Such records are restricted to those purposes and deleted or anonymized when no longer required. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a pending purchase or request a refund. Purchases and refunds are managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their policies.
